In this rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for families, a vital resource for our teachers, and a welcoming face for our students. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where no two days are the same, we want you on our team!

  • Data & Systems Management: Manage and maintain accurate student records utilizing the District’s Student Information System (SIS) and other electronic data platforms.

  • Administrative Excellence: Coordinate daily office operations, handle correspondence, manage schedules, and ensure a smooth flow of communication across the school.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside school administration and staff to support school events, daily attendance, and unexpected front-office needs.

What We Offer

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a schedule that aligns with the school calendar (summers off!).

  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement options.

  • Community: A supportive, team-oriented work culture dedicated to making a difference in the lives of local students.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a polished, professional, and empathetic demeanor.

  • Adaptability: Proven success working in a fast-paced, service-focused, and highly collaborative environment.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and handle confidential information with discretion.
