At Christ-St. Peter Lutheran School, we cultivate Christ-centered character, courageous learners, and compassionate leaders. 

Christ-St. Peter Lutheran School (CSP), located on Milwaukee’s near south side, has provided Christ-centered education and served children across the city for more than 100 years. Born from the merger of Christ Lutheran School and St. Peter Lutheran School, CSP became a unified ministry strengthened by shared resources and a clear mission. This collaboration allowed CSP to achieve greater efficiency and to become one of the early participants in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. Sustained student growth and strong parental satisfaction led to the formation of a school association, a new constitution, and CSP’s establishment as an independent 501(c)(3) organization.

With the addition of a community liaison, a renewed vision of service, and dedicated leadership, Christ-St. Peter Lutheran School has deepened its connection to the surrounding community. Preparing students for lives of Christian service remains the heart of CSP’s mission—driving all stakeholders to integrate God’s promises and steadfast love into every aspect of the school day. The school’s impact is evident in its alumni success stories—graduates thriving in high school and college, living purposeful, faith-filled lives—and in the community’s strong engagement with school events.

Today, CSP continues to shine as a beacon of faith and learning on Milwaukee’s south side. In June 2023, Centennial Lutheran joined the association as CSP’s third campus, expanding enrollment by 60 students and strengthening the school’s commitment to serving more families with excellence and love.
