ARCHS leverages student-driven projects, expert educators, and community partners to develop innovative life-long learners prepared to build a sustainable future.

Vision

Through the project process, learners acquire the skills to navigate institutional pathways and nurture relationships with community partners to attain a shared goal, laying the groundwork for a fulfilling life beyond high school. 

Goals

  1. Academic: All students will improve three or more points on the ACT during their career at ARCHS. 

  2. Post-secondary Transition: Each student will graduate with a personalized post-graduate plan with defined next-steps and timelines.

  3. Community Engagement: Establish and maintain active partnerships with at least five local organizations to foster use of community resources by the students and families we serve. 

  4. Educator Retention: Retain expert educators who are masters in their chosen areas of study through professional compensation, collaborative leadership, and transparent evaluation practices.
