The mission of the Hamilton School District - in partnership with a diverse community - ensures maximum achievement for each student through a respectful and engaging learning environment, a relevant & rigorous curriculum, and highly qualified & caring staff.
Located west of Milwaukee in northern Waukesha County, the Hamilton School District covers about 35 square miles and serves more than 5000 students.
The district serves six municipalities – the villages of Sussex, Menomonee Falls, Lannon, Butler and Lisbon and the city of Pewaukee.

Vacancies at Hamilton School District
- All completed applications reside in WECAN. A completed application includes the online application form and required materials and documents uploaded in a compatible form.
- As positions open in the district, school principals or supervisors search the database for active application records and select candidates to interview.
- Applicants are interviewed, usually by a team of school district employees and administrators. Depending on the position, the interview team may include parents, community members and others.
- A representative of the interview team notifies all applicants who were interviewed regarding the hiring decision.
