Kohler High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic High School Tennis Coach to lead, develop, and mentor student-athletes during the upcoming tennis season. The successful candidate will promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth while teaching fundamental skills of the game. The High School Tennis Season begins in August.

 Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise practices and games.

• Teach fundamental tennis skills, rules, and strategies appropriate for high school athletes.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team environment.

• Promote good sportsmanship, discipline, and respect both on and off the court.

• Communicate regularly with student-athletes, parents, and the athletic director regarding schedules, expectations, and team needs.

• Ensure safety by monitoring player health, maintaining proper equipment, and adhering to school policies.

• Supervise student-athletes, including practices, games, and travel.

• Model high standards of character, integrity, and leadership.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to helping student athletes succeed both on and off the court.
