Provide administrative support and bookkeeping to the CLASS program.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CLASS program including the Senior Director of Licensing, Evaluation and Support COE, as well as CLASS Coordinators.
- Perform bookkeeping functions for the CLASS program including creating payment links, setting up payment plans, collecting payments and monitoring payments.
- Coordinate meetings of the CLASS program staff.
- Manage the CLASS application process and maintain records to include onboarding, enrollment and communication.
- Technical support around licensing questions and issues around all programs in the Licensing, Evaluation and Support Center of Excellence.
- Database creation and maintenance in regards to CLASS program deliverables.
- Act as one of the primary recipients for emails sent to general class@cesa2.org email account.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes to work efficiently and effectively.
- Continual updating of files, folders, mailing labels, etc.
- Working knowledge of Google Apps, and integration into daily work tasks.
- Create timely and effective written, verbal and electronic correspondence to CLASS candidates, other CESA 2 staff, and other warranted individuals.
- Nurture positive working relationships with candidates, districts, outside contacts and all CESA 2 staff.
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of the Licensing, Evaluation and Support Center of Excellence.
- Commitment to high professional standards and ethics.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years of administrative assistance and bookkeeping experience.
- Demonstrated ability to think at a system-level and problem-solve.
- Strong technology skills (spreadsheets, word processing, web-based programs, social media, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people (Board, administration, coworkers, teachers, support staff, etc.).
- Effective public relations skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
