Position Details
Brief Job Description: Act as a liaison between CESA 2 and member school districts, focused on providing a strategic, relationship-driven approach to strengthen district engagement, improve service alignment, and increase the impact of CESA 2 offerings.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Master’s Degree or higher in education or a related field from an accredited university. Prior experience as a superintendent.
Skills required: Commitment to high professional standards and ethics. Strong technology skills (spreadsheets, word processing, web-based programs, social media, etc.). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people (Board, administration, coworkers, teachers, support staff, etc.). Effective public relations skills.
CESA 2 Background: CESA 2 is a governmental subdivision and participates in the Wisconsin Retirement System serving 74 school districts in south-central and south-eastern Wisconsin.
