St. Peter Catholic School in Middleton (Ashton), WI, is seeking a full-time Principal for the 2024-25 school year. St. Peter Catholic School uses a multi-aged classroom model for students in Pre-K through 5^th Grade, with an average enrollment of 55-75 students. We are accredited by WRISA (Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Accreditation), and have dedicated faculty, staff, and families.

The Principal is the primary administrator and educational leader within the school. The Principal reports to the Pastor and is responsible for: creating and facilitating a safe environment conducive to quality teaching and learning, fostering a community of faith and learning based on Gospel values and Catholic teaching, supervising faculty and staff, and maintaining a close relationship with the Pastor, school families, the School Advisory Committee, and the Office of Catholic Schools to ensure that policies and procedures are carried out in an efficient and uniform manner.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, display knowledge of curriculum and instruction, have experience leading faculty to continuously improve student learning, be a faithful and practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, and hold or be working toward a master’s degree in Educational Administration or a related field. A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience is required. Prior, successful administrative experience, preferably in a Catholic school, is desirable but not required.
