Butler is looking for a highly qualified teacher who has the desire, expertise, and passion to improve learning in all students. QUEST is a personalized learning program at Butler Middle School with 100 students across 6th, 7th, and 8th grades taught by a team of 5 educators. The QUEST program encourages Questioning, Understanding, Exploration, Self-Advocacy, and Teamwork. Each student will be empowered and inspired to become a self-motivated, independent learner who perseveres and embraces the challenges needed to be successful in all aspects of life. QUEST is an environment that allows learners to embrace their unique learning styles and capitalize on their strengths, while at the same time realize the skills they still need to develop.
