Position Details
The Oconto Unified School District is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to serve as the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Advisor at Oconto High School! We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping students develop leadership skills, explore career opportunities, build confidence, and prepare for future success.
Position Responsibilities

Lead and support the OHS FBLA chapter.

Encourage student participation in leadership development, community service, and career exploration activities.

Assist students in preparing for FBLA competitions, conferences, and events.

Provide guidance and mentorship to help students develop professional and leadership skills.

Promote a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all FBLA members.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Enthusiasm for working with high school students.

Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire student leaders.

Willingness to attend FBLA events and activities, including those outside regular school hours.

Knowledge of FBLA or business-related activities is preferred but not required.
