Responsibilities
- Guide and encourage students as they work through Destination Imagination challenges.
- Foster creativity, teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Help students stay organized, set goals, and manage their time.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.
- Support students as they prepare for tournaments and showcase their work.
- Encourage students to take ownership of their ideas, decisions, and solutions.
- Communicate with families and school staff regarding practices, schedules, and team activities.
Qualifications
- Enjoys working with children and encouraging their growth.
- Is patient, positive, dependable, and enthusiastic.
- Values creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning.
- Is willing to learn about the Destination Imagination program and its challenges.
- Has strong communication and organizational skills.
