Food Service Worker Part-Time - Vacancy ID: 275378

Position:    Food Service Worker Needed:

§ 20 hours per week; 5 days per week @ 4 hours per day, 9:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m.

Duties include a rotation of the following, but are not limited to the following:

1.       Service Line:

·         Food preparation

·         Serve during lunch service

·         Record temps of food during service

·         Record coolers temps daily

·         Assist Cook and Baker in food production and cleaning

·         Clean-up of kitchen area and service line

2.       Dishroom:

·         Clean dishes, trays, silverware, and equipment used during the food production and service process

·         Clean dishwasher and dish room at end of day

·         Maintain dishwasher temp and deliming records

·         Assist POD 2 and POD 3 prior to service time 

3.       Additional Responsibilities:

·         Back up to other Food Service positions when needed

·         Prepping according to production sheet

·         Take direction from Director.

Wage/hours:   Starting wage at Step 0 is $14.73

Beginning Date: ASAP

Position will remain open until filled.
