Part Time
Substitute paraprofessional's cover a variety of shifts and duties as needed at various school locations. Duties include instructional assistance, classroom management support and supervision of students both in school and outside on the playground. May be required to attend to the healthcare/physical needs of students. Other duties as assigned.

A substitute paraprofessional must be qualified for the Title I assignment if they work with students for 45 or more consecutive days. Preferred but not required; completed at least 2 years of study at an institution of higher education or obtained at least an associate degree.
Good communication skills, both oral and written are a must. Previous experience working with groups of children preferred. The ability to respect confidential information is required.
