The School District of Bowler is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative 5th-grade teacher to join our elementary team beginning in the second semester of the 2026-2027 school year.  

 

The successful candidate will foster a positive, student-centered learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional needs of all learners. We are seeking an educator who is committed to building strong relationships with students, engaging learners in meaningful instruction, and promoting high levels of student achievement.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and the administrative team. 

 

Use student data to inform instruction and support individual learning needs. 

 

Have knowledge of and experience with RtI (Response to Intervention), PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports), and the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). 

 

Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of schoolwide instructional and student-support initiatives.
