The Lead Teacher will work closely with the Program Director and partners.

  • Provide behavior supports and restorative responses; uphold safety procedures, walk permissions, and attendance accuracy.
  • Coordinate enrichment partners for Bond Center/Bowling days and guest educators; manage materials and permission slips.
  • Track student participation and progress through daily notes and monthly snapshots.
  • Communicate with families regarding student achievements, needs, and general program updates.
  • Support and guide student helpers to build leadership and consistency within the program.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree and/or experience working in after-school or extended-learning programs.
  • Background in STEM, arts, literacy, or similar enrichment areas preferred.
