Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic Middle School Boys Swim Coach to lead our team. This role focuses on teaching fundamental swimming techniques, promoting sportsmanship, and building a safe, supportive environment for student-athletes (grades 5–8).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run daily practices focused on stroke mechanics, starts, and turns.

• Manage swim meets, lineups, and heat sheets.

• Provide constant poolside supervision to ensure student safety.

• Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and school administrators.

• Promote team unity, sportsmanship, and academic responsibility.
