Key Responsibilities

  • Instruction & Practice Support: Assist in designing and leading daily practices, drill sets, conditioning workouts, and technical instruction.

  • Event Operations: Assist with mat setup/teardown for home meets, scorekeeping, stat tracking, and athlete supervision during team travel and weekend tournaments.

  • Program Leadership: Serve as a positive role model, reinforce academic standards, and temporarily lead practices or sub-varsity meets in the Head Coach’s absence.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Season Duration: Winter season (November through February), including weekday afternoon practices, dual meets, and weekend tournaments).

  • Compensation: Paid via the district athletic coaching stipend schedule.
