0.83 FTE, 215 days/year, 8 hours/day, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Full Time

This position generally works end of July or beginning of August through the second week of June each year. In addition, this position works 5 float days during the year. The start date for the 2026-2027 school year is July 30, 2026.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, checks appointments, and explains appointment policies.
  • Manages transcript requests for post-secondary applications, job applications, and scholarship applications.
  • Maintains and updates students’ permanent records and protects the confidentiality of these records.
  • Enrolls new students and coordinates requests for the records of transferring students.
  • Types correspondences, reports, notices, etc.
  • Coordinates data processing for grading, scheduling, and report cards.
  • Assists the Administration in scheduling for the coming school year.
  • Assists in registering students for the fall term.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

WHAT IT TAKES
  • Graduation from high school or its equivalent with training in office methods and procedures.
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and detailed reports.
  • Ability to deal effectively with students and teachers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Familiarity with educational setting.
  • Previous experience with junior high school-age students.
