Full Time
The Wisconsin Regional Computing Center (WiRCC), which is comprised of CESAs 5, 7, and 10, is looking a dynamic individual to join our software support team. This position works with a team of staff to support Infinite Campus student information software for the state of Wisconsin. This position's employer will be CESA 10 in Chippewa Falls, WI. 
 
*Start date is flexible.

Job duties:

- Provide customer support for Infinite Campus student information software
- Provide training both online and onsite to Infinite Campus customers
- Document all support tickets and customer requests in the support ticket tracking system in a timely manner and use the system to track all unresolved tickets
- Prioritize customer questions depending on the level of importance
- Keep customers advised on the steps being taken to resolve their service request
- Maintain technical product knowledge on existing and new products
- Maintain department standards for volume and effectiveness of problem resolution
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Travel: some travel, when necessary, typically one day or overnight trips within Wisconsin
- Training on Infinite Campus software will be provided
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have a valid WI driver's license
