Full Time
The School District of Horicon is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time High School English Teacher (grades 9 and 11) for the 2026-27 school year.  This position is within a supportive and high-achieving district serving approximately 800 students, and will be will be responsible for providing high quality instruction for students. Applicants should have experience with PBIS, trauma-sensitive schools, restorative practices, and classroom technology. The School District of Horicon prioritizes engaging, differentiated instruction driven by student assessment data. Educators who can demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to work collaboratively are desired. 
 
We are looking for a passionate and collaborative team player who: 
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the Wisconsin English Language Arts Standards and best practices in instruction.

  • Excels in lesson planning and creating engaging learning experiences for diverse learners.
  • Maintains high expectations for student acheivement and fosters positive classroom environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
