189-day contract; 8 hour workday (with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
Full Time

Plans, implements and assesses student learning experiences.  Helps foster a love of learning for students and appropriately guides the learner to lead their learning.  Facilitates parental involvement.  Builds strong relationships with students and collaborates and communicates effectively with all stakeholders. Viable candidates will be an active member of the school community, be able to create a positive and supportive classroom community, be organized and efficient, and to facilitate the district and school's mission to develop 21st Century Learners. This anticipated position is located at Bay View Middle School for Grades 7 and 8. Start date is August 17, 2026.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Licensure and certification by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in Cross-Categoral Special Education for grades 7 and 8 required (1801 or 2801). Successful completion of student teaching experience. Knowledge of current educational methodology and practices.
