Are you a high-energy educator passionate about movement, health, and student growth? The Marion School District is looking for a dynamic Physical Education Teacher to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping the fitness culture across our Elementary, High School, and our newly established Marion Middle School.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Inspire Movement: Deliver high-quality PE, Adaptive PE, and Health instruction tailored to state standards and student needs.
  • Innovate: Utilize current best practices and integrate technology to keep students engaged and active.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team to integrate core academic goals into the gym and classroom.
  • Build Community: Maintain strong rapport with students and provide clear, consistent communication with families via newsletters, LMS, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Must possess (or be eligible for) WI DPI License #530 (Physical Education).
    • Preference given to candidates also licensed in Adaptive PE and Health.
  • Alternative Pathways: We welcome applicants currently eligible for alternative licensure pathways!

The Marion School District serves 480 students in grades PK-12 from Marion, Wisconsin, the local communities of Caroline, Big Falls, Leopolis, Pella, and the surrounding rural areas in Shawano and Waupaca counties. Marion offers students a high-quality comprehensive education in a small school environment including small class sizes, responsive instruction with quick access to instructional supports, a high-quality special education department for students with special needs, and a music and arts program district-wide.
