The Rio Community School District is seeking a strategic and hands-on Technology Coordinator to lead our digital landscape. Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the replacement and maintenance cycles for hardware and software.

Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the health of our data center, servers, and network security to ensure a seamless learning environment.

Vendor & Service Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for key technology partners.

Instructional Support: Partner with staff to integrate technology into Tier 1 instructional strategies while enfusing AI, fostering student accountability and digital literacy.
Qualifications
- Experience managing Google Workspace for Education and diverse hardware fleets.

Strong project management skills—you can take a budget sheet and turn it into a high-functioning classroom environment.

A service-oriented mindset; in a small district, your ability to build "collaboration and trust" with staff is your most important tool.
