The Role
The Rio Community School District is seeking an energetic and organized 6-12 Activities Director to lead our athletic and extracurricular programs. In this role, you will be the chief advocate for student involvement, ensuring our Vikings have every opportunity to grow outside the classroom through sports, clubs, and the arts.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate all 6-12 athletic schedules, officials, and event logistics.

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate coaching staff and club advisors.

Manage activity budgets and maintain high-quality facilities

Champion the "Rio Way"—fostering sportsmanship, academic accountability, and Viking pride.
