Position Details
The Head Girls' Hockey Coach will:
1. Oversee the High School Girls’ Hockey program.
2. Have input on developing a successful youth program in coordination with the Eagle River Recreation Association.
3. Be responsible for all inventories, supplies and developing an annual budget.
4. Be a positive role model for student athletes, parents and the community.
5. Assist in the organization and communication within the High School Girls’ Hockey booster club

Applicants must:
Possess leadership skills along with knowledge and experience in coaching
Have the ability to work cooperatively with administrators, the public, parents and student athletes
Possess advanced knowledge for coaching/instructing fundamentals, drills and strategy
Have advanced knowledge of organizing, developing, and fostering a positive program
Have an understanding of WIAA rules and regulations
