Dodgeland High School is seeking passionate head coaching applicants that are interested in making a positive impact in the lives of adolescents through their love of volleyball.  The head coach will oversee the development and maintenance of an exceptional volleyball program within the high and middle school levels.  The job responsibilities for this position include:

 
  • Maintain a positive culture that supports the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of its players.  This culture will cultivate a balance between the enjoyment of volleyball with competitiveness, teamwork, work ethic, and commitment.

  • Planning practices with purpose for individual and team growth to maximize overall potential. 

  • Exhibit quality leadership/mentorship and produce outstanding leaders within their program.

  • Providing the team the best opportunity to be victorious with exceptional game management skills and in-game decisions.

  • Developing a supportive community by fostering relationships with parents, district staff, Dodgeland community members.

  • Goal oriented with the vision of being competitive at all times, advancing in tournament play, and increasing the participation numbers.

* DPI teaching certificate or WIAA coaching certificate desirable, but not required.
* CPR/AED certified or willing to get certified.
