The School District of Westfield is accepting applications for a full-time 4K Teacher. The individual should have a passion for working with children and be self-motivated.

Requirements/Qualifications: Must be certified by the time of employment with an Elementary/regular education license that include prekindergarten in the grade levels of the Wisconsin DPI License.

Preference will be given to candidates with the ability to speak Spanish, although this is not a requirement of the job.

Knowledge / Skills:

Knowledge of the teaching of elementary school curriculum

Knowledge and ability to meet the needs of all learners

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

Instruction and Assessment:

Analyze data to understand students’ strengths and weaknesses

Provide instruction individually, in small groups, and classroom settings by implementing lessons or instructional activities to meet the student’s academic needs

Communicates regularly with the parents or guardians of the student

Use technology to strengthen the teaching / learning process

Performs other duties as assigned.
