Position Details
The School District of Waupaca is looking for a talented secretary to support the efficient and effective operation of the Waupaca Middle School (WMS). This position serves as the Office Manager and a key partner to the WMS Administrative Team—functioning as a “right-hand support” in both daily operations and strategic initiatives. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating creative thinking, visionary leadership, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise. Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and the capacity to delegate effectively are essential. This position is a 260 day contract. A high school diploma is required. Google suite experience is preferred.
