Position Title: Middle School Principal (260 Day Contract)

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree with academic training in educational administration and the middle school level learner.
  • Valid Wisconsin Principal license (5051).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
  • A current working knowledge of state and federal regulations and trends and issues in the field of middle school education.
  • Experience with school-based leadership and effective schools practice.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses those characteristics which will promote success in fulfilling the job goals.

    •  Demonstrated leadership skills.
    •  Effective communication skills.

Reports To: District Administrator

Supervision Responsibilities: This position will directly supervise Middle School certified and non-certified staff.

Terms of Employment: This is a year-round position (260 day contract).  Start date is July 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.  Annual salary for this position will be $130,298.  Benefits per the Employee Handbook.
