We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable 4K Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting the growth and development of young learners. This position focuses on fostering a strong foundation through an understanding of child development and the implementation of Wisconsin Early Learning Standards.
Position Overview:
The 4K Teacher will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for four-year-old students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of early childhood development and use best practices to support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Wisconsin Early Learning Standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Support the social and emotional development of all students
- Use observation and assessment to guide instruction and support individual student needs
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with staff to support a cohesive early learning program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Valid teaching license with certification in grades PK–5
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices
- Knowledge of Wisconsin Early Learning Standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
