Rio Middle/High School is seeking a qualified ELA educator to join our amazing middle school team. This position will teach 7th and 8th grade ELA beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. 

Candidates should be well-versed in best practices in ELA, data-driven decision-making, relevant grading and assessment principles, using technology to increase student learning outcomes, and differentiating instruction to best meet the needs of diverse learners. Applicants should enjoy developing relationships, collaborating frequently with colleagues, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness, and be focused on self and school improvement. This position provides great flexibility and autonomy in the classroom.
