The School District of Antigo is excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated educator to join Antigo Middle School as a Middle School English Language Arts teacher. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a school committed to student growth, strong relationships, and high-quality instruction.

Antigo Middle School was named a 2023–24 School of Recognition by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction—an honor that highlights exemplary dedication to student achievement and growth. AMS earned this distinction in the High Impact category based on strong academic performance, measurable student growth, and a commitment to reducing achievement gaps, particularly for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

We are seeking an ELA teacher who is passionate about literacy and committed to helping all students develop as readers, writers, and critical thinkers. The ideal candidate uses data to inform instruction, designs engaging and rigorous learning experiences, and differentiates to meet the diverse needs of middle school learners. This educator values collaboration and will actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through teamwork and shared goals.

They create a supportive and engaging classroom environment, communicate effectively, and are energized by working with middle school students during this important stage of growth and development.
