Bradley 4K–4 Elementary School. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, systems, and instructional practices of a new learning environment designed to support student success from the very start of their educational journey.

We are seeking an instructional leader who is deeply committed to student achievement and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision making and the ability to translate student data into actionable strategies that positively impact outcomes for all learners. This leader will work collaboratively with staff to build a culture of high expectations, shared responsibility, and ongoing professional growth.

A strong understanding of the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) framework is essential, as we are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate. Experience with or knowledge of the Leader in Me framework is highly valued, as we strive to empower students to develop leadership skills, ownership of their learning, and strong character.
