Position Details
Student Impact:
This position is critical in ensuring that every student, especially those requiring additional support, feels connected, supported, and empowered to succeed. The Student Success Teacher will directly influence student outcomes by removing barriers to learning, strengthening relationships, and building systems of support that promote both academic achievement and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the academic and behavioral development of identified students

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to support student success

Monitor and respond to student attendance concerns

Support teacher growth and development as a behavioral coach

Serve as a Tier III interventionist, including teaching a leadership and success course

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive building culture
The ideal candidate will have:
* Hold a current high school teaching license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in any content area (Alternative Education or Administrative License desired).
* Able to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
* Have strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
* Have experience working in an educational setting with diverse student populations.
* Demonstrated ability to create positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the general public.
