The Ashwaubenon School District is looking for student-centered individuals for the position of Assistant
Football Coach for the 2026 season. These positions are available at our JV2, JV1, and Varsity levels.
Individuals will work under the philosophy of the High School Activities Department to help mold
Football Coach for the 2026 season. These positions are available at our JV2, JV1, and Varsity levels.
Individuals will work under the philosophy of the High School Activities Department to help mold
student-athletes in a positive way and give students opportunities to be successful. Individuals will
emphasize sportsmanship, hard work and teamwork in the development of that student-athlete and
program.

A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate or will possess:
1. Football coaching experience.
2. A coaching and learning philosophy that includes thoughts on the role of athletics,
winning and losing, competition, players, school, and community.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with the varsity head coach to plan practices and facilitate
instruction.
4. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
5. The ability to work diligently with the athletic staff to assist all student-athletes within
the program to maximize their academic as well as athletic potential.
6. Ability to work flexible coaching hours to include weight room, bus supervision, team
bus management, practices and games.
