Edgerton School District is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Elementary Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher to join the Yahara Valley Elementary School team starting in the 2026/27 school year.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with grade-level standards
Provide specially designed instruction in both inclusive and small-group settings
Monitor student progress and use data to inform instruction and IEP goal development
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Support positive behavioral interventions and inclusive classroom practices
Qualifications Required:
Valid Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education license (or eligibility for licensure)
Knowledge of IEP development
Strong instructional and classroom management skills
