New Adventures Learning Center, in partnership with the Prescott School District seeks only individuals of the highest caliber whose creativity, enthusiasm and energy are contagious.  Applicants must be energetic, innovative, and highly competent individuals who can engage students.  A candidate who is able to demonstrate initiative and partner with other teachers is essential.

JOB TITLE: 4K Teacher 

REPORTS TO: New Adventures Learning Center President - Tracy CollinsMalone Elementary School  Principal - Sara Dusek

BUILDING: New Adventures Learning Center Campus

START DATE: August, 2026

QUALIFICATIONS:  Regular Education (1777) & Early Childhood License and/or  Birth-3 Licensing able to teach Pre K and K                                               

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Planning, organizing and providing appropriate learning experience within the assigned areas of responsibility.

2. Establishing and maintaining a classroom or instructional area atmosphere conducive to learning.

3. Background in early childhood education and developmental levels of 4K students - social-emotional development, large/fine-motor skill development, early learning skills, developmental peer relations.

4. Participate and be active in helping complete program required Outreach Hours.

5. Strong communication skills with parents, students, administration, and co-workers.

6. Ability to use technology in the classroom.

7. Guide the learning process toward curriculum goals through a variety of instructional techniques, instructional media, and performance assessments.

8. Attend professional development opportunities to support instructional practices and pedagogy in current research as assigned.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the center president and/or district/building administrator.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Range: $37,720–$42,000
School Year: 41 weeks

PTO: Accumulation 

401K: employer matched
