Position Details
The ideal candidate will have:
* Hold a current special education license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
* Have a passion for supporting, educating, and advocating for students with disabilities.
* Demonstrate an ability to establish and maintain a positive connection with students and families.
* Able to maintain a positive learning environment at the elementary level.
* Have strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
The top candidate will be offered a competitive salary. The position is eligible for a strong benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as, paid leave and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System. The position begins on August 17, 2026.
