The Osseo-Fairchild School District is seeking candidates for the position of Middle/High School Principal. The school district is located in west central Wisconsin with an enrollment of approximately 730 students. The middle and high school student body consists of approximately 400 students (Grades 6-12). 

 

This position offers a great opportunity to join our progressive administrative team in conjunction with dedicated staff, parents, community and students.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

   - Provides positive and effective leadership that promotes academic excellence for students.
   - Manage, evaluate and supervise procedures for the operation and functioning of the school
   - Establish, implement and maintain school scheduling
   - Supervise, evaluate and observe the instructional programs of the school
   - Manage student discipline, suspension, expulsion and truancy
   - Promote and maintain partnerships with area colleges and universities
   - Perform other duties as assigned
