The Osseo-Fairchild School District is seeking candidates for the position of Middle/High School Principal. The school district is located in west central Wisconsin with an enrollment of approximately 730 students. The middle and high school student body consists of approximately 400 students (Grades 6–12).

We are seeking a knowledgeable and forward-thinking educational leader with a strong skill set in communication, leadership, curriculum development, and emerging technologies, who can strategically integrate innovative instructional practices to enhance learning, strengthen school culture, and prepare students for future-ready success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide positive and effective leadership that promotes academic excellence and continuous improvement for all students.

• Manage, evaluate, and supervise procedures for the operation and functioning of the school.

• Establish, implement, and maintain effective school scheduling.

• Supervise, evaluate, and observe instructional programs, ensuring alignment with district curriculum and high-quality teaching practices.

• Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI) to support instruction, operational efficiency, and student achievement.

• Manage student discipline, suspension, expulsion, and truancy in alignment with district policy and a restorative, student-centered approach.

• Promote and maintain partnerships with area colleges, universities, and workforce partners.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
