The Newman Catholic Athletics program exists to support students in spiritual development and academic success while learning about sportsmanship, fair play, hard work, and competition.
Responsibilities:
• Supportive of the Newman Catholic Schools’ mission of outstanding faith and academic education
• Serves as a role model consistent with Catholic faith and teachings
• Organizes and supervises the girls’ volleyball program
• Compiles related statistics
• Assists with evaluation of assistant coaches
• Responsible to follow all Diocese of La Crosse and Newman Catholic Schools’ policies and procedures
• Performs other tasks and assumes other responsibilities as directed by athletic director., principal, and NCS president

Qualifications:
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Professional background in middle/secondary level education and/or coaching
Prior coaching experience in high school or collegiate volleyball
Prior experience playing interscholastic and/or intercollegiate volleyball
