We are looking for an energetic, compassionate individual to support the students and staff at McDonald Street Campus. The right candidate will embrace the mission and vision of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System and the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and work in accordance with Catholic Social Teachings and the moral and ethical values of the Catholic Church.
Duties include
• Communicate with and serve parents, visitors, staff and students at the elementary campus.
• Communicate both in person and via phone, email, personal correspondence following up as needed to create a friendly and professional atmosphere. Document communications if/as needed.
• Answer door, monitor security camera, and maintain working knowledge of facility security policies and procedures.
• Supervise students who need to stay in the office until a teacher or parent is able to take charge.
• Create and update weekly electronic campus newsletter, and edit and distribute Principal’s campus newsletter.
• Prepare, edit and compile all family information for the start of the school year. Follow up on all forms, create and distribute the Family Directory, provide prospective families with information regarding the campus and school system.       
• Compile and distribute information to families and staff throughout the school year including special flyers for System/school events and e-blasts of information requiring immediate attention.
• Create permanent record files for new students and process student transfer information.
• Print report cards.
• Ensure all information regarding students, staff, families and volunteer issues is accurate and is kept confidential and secure.
• Process purchase orders and invoices for the campus. Inventory and arrange for purchase of office/school supplies. Provide financial reports and drill down reports for the Principal upon request.
• Assist Home and School Officers with purchasing and financial reports. Count and submit pass-through collections to Central Office.
• Oversee Scrip program at the campus level.
• Maintain office machines and contact service as needed.
• Remain current on basic first aid knowledge to assist students. Evaluate student illness and injuries, record and contact parents when needed. Distribute medications in accordance with parental consent and in accordance with Wisconsin Medication Administration Principles. Remain current on required trainings.
• Create and maintain Student Medical/Allergy Information listing that is utilized by staff and document in PowerSchool. Keep staff current as changes occur.
• Compile immunization information that is reported to the State each school year.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required
• Submission to legal background check
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Must have good mastery of office technology and software programs
• Must be attentive to details
