Position Details

Wash all dishes and cookware related to the food service program.
-
Assist serving food.

Assist in replenishing service lines.
-
Report any failures to maintain proper food safety practices to Food Service Director.

Assists in daily clean up and sanitary processes.

Assume responsibility for maintaining and practicing the highest quality of safety and cleanliness procedures.

Maintain all production sheets correctly.
-
Attend mandatory training as directed by the Food Service Director.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director.

Manual dexterity and ability to work under pressure.
-
Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
-
Knowledge of food service preparation.
-
Thorough knowledge of health and safety procedures that are set in place.

Must be able to work independently and carry out oral/written tasks with little direction.

Discreetly handle information pertaining to students and families.
-
Maintain high levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
