Learning Services Teacher - Elementary - Long Term Sub - Vacancy ID: 253341

The St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System is seeking a qualified, long-term substitute for our Learning Services team for the remainder of the school year, starting approximately the last week in February 2026. This contracted position will serve Xavier Elementary as a Learning Services Teacher in Grades PreK-2. Candidates should have a strong background in literacy and math and familiar with interventions in these two areas as well as in differentiation and working with struggling students. Candidates should also be familiar with and/or be willing to undertake additional training in Barton Reading interventions and Advantage Math Recovery Assessments (AVMR). Candidates should have experience being a collaborative member of a dynamic educational team. Please include transcripts and any available letters of recommendation. Applicants must demonstrate characteristics of a positive Christian role model. Preference may be given to qualified candidates who are Catholic.
