The Middle School Girls Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for oversight and instruction for the Middle School girls soccer team. Coaching candidates will be expected to have advanced knowledge of the game and clearly communicate with student athletes and coaches. The School District of Waupaca is looking for coaches who have a great ability to build relationships with players and the community. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the ability to coach and motivate players to always improve. Teaching skills, technique and team concepts will be valued alongside instilling character traits that will push every student athlete to become high character young adults. An emphasis will be placed on creating a positive experience for the student/athletes and building participation in the program.
