Job Description:
The Solon Springs School District is seeking an energetic individual for the position of Superintendent. The District serves approximately 312 PK-Gr 12 students. It includes a traditional PK-12 school and three charter school choices. Since the 2016 passage of a large permanent referendum, enrollments have significantly increased and the school finances are greatly improved. The candidate of choice will have demonstrated strong communication skills with students, staff, parents, community, and the School Board.

Qualifications:
A successful candidate should have a solid understanding of the Wisconsin school finance model, curriculum development, continuous improvement, human resource management, and facility management. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of educator effectiveness and the implementation of an equitable multi-level system of support.

Requirements:
Must hold or be eligible for Wisconsin School District Administrator licensure or near the completion of the certification program. A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience is preferred.
