Mercer School District is seeking energetic, innovative, and student-focused educators to serve as substitute teachers during the 2025-26 school year.

Substitute teacher pay will be $125/day.

Candidates must have or be eligible for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) teaching license. We will accept a short-term substitute teacher permit based on a non-teaching bachelor's or associate's degree.
