Full Time
The Human Resources Specialist – Support Staff has primary responsibility for functions within the Human Resources Department relating to system maintenance, daily technology support, and process flow of all Support Staff employees. The position provides support for the District’s mission to advance student learning, achievement and success.

This is a full-time position and qualifies for health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, short term and long term disability, paid sick leave, personal leave, and retirement through the Wisconsin Retirement System.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Oversee all aspects of the support staff job posting process using WECAN software.
• Manage all aspects of support staff for all Support Staff groups: Administrative and Educational Support, Maintenance & Custodial, Nutrition Services, and Municipal employees. This includes onboarding new employees and processing staff changes including new hires, layoffs, transfers, resignations, and retirements.
• Data management of support staff employees using Skyward Human Resources Information System.

EDUCATION:
Desired: Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Desired: Human Resources experience.
