Oshkosh West High School is seeking a Head Football Coach to lead the Wildcats for the 2026 season and beyond.
The ideal candidate must be a dynamic and energetic leader, capable of developing student-athletes, and must possess the ability to build strong relationships with student-athletes, colleagues, parents, and the community.
In addition to the head coach position, a variety of teaching openings in a number of disciplines and subjects are anticipated within the Oshkosh Area School District.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor’s degree and valid Wisconsin teacher's certification preferred.
2) Experience as a participant or coach in the sport is desired.
3) CPR/AED certification.
SALARY: Per salary schedule.
