Bristol School District #1 is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers for this school year. Substitute Teachers must hold a valid WI DPI Teacher license or Substitute Teacher license. This is a substitute position only and will be scheduled on an "as needed" basis.

Please complete the WECAN application and attach a cover letter, resume, transcript with degree conferred date, and a copy of your substitute license.

If you are not currently a licensed Substitute Teacher or Teacher, you need to have a minimum of an Associate's Degree and have completed Substitute Teacher Training. WI DPI has several different approved options for completing the Substitute Teacher Training requirement to become licensed as a Substitute Teacher. You can complete the training through a CESA, WEAC, or STEDI.org. Once training is complete, appliants will then need to apply for a license with WI DPI. Applicants must be licensed before starting as a substitute teacher with the district.
