The Seeds of Health Agency in Milwaukee, a charter school system, is seeking a dynamic educational leader to serve as the Principal of Grandview High School beginning immediately.  The ideal candidate will have the vision, disposition and skills to advance the mission of serving at-risk students. The Principal provides leadership in initiating, refining, and evaluating the instructional and operational programs of the school.

The Grandview High School mission is to help young adults become academically, emotionally and socially prepared for productive participation in the 21st century. At Grandview we provide at-risk students the opportunity to complete high school in a school compatible with their abilities, interests and needs. With an emphassis on credit and skill recovery, Grandview fosters academic and personal growth within a supportive, respectful, individualized, positive and caring school climate.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in School Leadership
• Significant and successful experience as a teacher and school administrator
• Curriculum and instructional knowledge
• Strong and efficient communication skills
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Wisconsin DPI Principal license (#5051)
